I joined the Biohealthcare Business Talent Development Program to gain HR experience after deciding to shift my career focus. Leading the HR team in a mock company allowed me to learn valuable lessons in leadership, recruitment, and organizational development. Despite the challenges of commuting from Busan, the program helped me grow professionally and personally.

공인노무사 시험을 약 1년 반 정도 준비하다가 진로를 변경해 사기업 인사팀 입사를 목표로 삼았던 나는, 성과 없이 지나가버린 시간에 대한 후회와 남들보다 뒤처졌다는 조급함 속에서 간절한 마음으로 이 프로그램에 지원했다. 이러한 간절함 덕분인지, 이번 프로그램의 5번째 모의기업에서 인사팀으로 참여할 수 있었다. 인사팀 관련 업무는 평소 역량을 쌓기가 쉽지 않은 분야였기에, 이번 기회를 잡은 것이 너무 기뻤고, 동시에 막막한 마음이 조금은 해소되는 기분이었다.

Students who participated in the International PE Fair shared transformative experiences that enhanced their global perspectives and business skills. Representing companies and Korea on an international stage gave them a sense of responsibility and pride. They engaged in practical business activities, such as introducing their companies, negotiating, and forming global networks. The Global Enterprise Challenge fostered teamwork and communication across cultural, linguistic, and generational differences.

The On/Offline Entrepreneurship Practice Program received positive feedback from participants, highlighting valuable learning experiences in entrepreneurship. Many participants appreciated the hands-on approach, which allowed them to understand the full entrepreneurial process, improve communication and teamwork, and develop essential skills such as business presentations and foreign language abilities. Some also expressed a desire for a tighter schedule, more in-depth theoretical content, and clearer guidelines.
