Minjung Kim, Founder & CEO

Minjung Kim has been dedicated to developing the capabilities of young talent through PE (Practice Enterprise) employment and entrepreneurship programs, as well as business education, since its establishment in November 2011. With extensive experience in competency assessment, HR consulting, conference planning, and professional training at multinational companies, she leverages PEN’s global network to deliver impactful programs. Adhering to the philosophy of "Learning by Doing, she strives to foster adaptability and self-directed capabilities in a global business environment.


Kenny Kyunglim Kang, Vice President

Kenny Kang is a seasoned investment and management executive with extensive experience across the shipping, IT, and venture sectors. He previously served as CFO and Executive Director of a publicly listed company, where he developed deep expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and capital strategy. Alongside his corporate leadership roles, Mr. Kang has remained deeply engaged in entrepreneurship and venture education. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Soonchunhyang University, Kyonggi University, and Hoseo University, where he lectured on venture entrepreneurship and venture capital and mentored aspiring founders.


Tuya Mishig, Project Manager

Tuya Mishig is a versatile professional with a strong background in project management, conference organization, and training facilitation. She holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a Diploma in Public Administration of Mines and Mineral Resources from CESAM at MINES ParisTech. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science in European Business and Management from the European Business Management School. Tuya’s career highlights include serving as a Conference Manager at ASCo, leading environmental assessment projects at Areva Mongol, and working as a Project Manager and PE Facilitator at KoreaPEN. With her global perspective and interdisciplinary expertise, Tuya is committed to fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and helping young people discover their pathways.


Lorenzo Menne, Business Development Team

Lorenzo Menne is a graduate from the European School Schulzentrum Utbremen. He has participated in Practice Enterprise programs both as a participant as well as an assistant facilitator. He possesses skills in diverse areas of business, with strengths in communication, presentation and patience, allowing him to connect with students and effectively guide them through complex concepts, ensuring a deep understanding and strong skill development.
