파주 청소년 혁신가들, 창업 기초 수료! Paju Innovators Complete Startup Basics!
「파주 꿈·함·성 공유학교 2.0: 모의창업 기초 과정」이 성공적으로 마무리되었습니다!
지난 2025년 4월 5일부터 7월 26일까지, 파주의 재능 있는 중·고등학생들이 매주 토요일마다 파주시도서관에 모여 열정 넘치는 창업 여정을 함께했습니다.
이번 프로그램은 펜월드와이드협회 한국본부(코리아펜)이 경기파주교육지원청, PEN Worldwide(펜월드와이드협회), JIK Investments LLC와 협력하여 주관하고, 주식회사 플래닛에코가 운영하였으며, 학생들이 창업의 전 과정을 직접 경험할 수 있는 실습형 교육으로 진행되었습니다. 참가자들은 스타트업의 공동 창업자가 되어 아이디어 브레인스토밍부터 비즈니스 모델 구축, 나아가 가상 투자 피칭 준비까지 스타트업의 모든 단계를 경험했습니다. 학생들은 이 몰입도 높은 과정을 통해 자신의 강점을 발견하고, 진로를 탐색하며 미래의 혁신가로서 꿈을 키워나갔습니다.
지난 수개월간 학생들이 보여준 배움과 성장은 무척 감동적이었습니다. 실질적인 비즈니스 역량을 키웠을 뿐만 아니라, 동료와 협력하고 비판적으로 사고하며, 자신 있게 아이디어를 발표하는 법을 터득했습니다.
도전은 계속됩니다: '모의창업 심화 과정' 개강 안내!
이어서 이 새내기 창업가들이 다음 학기 '모의창업 심화 과정'을 통해 도전을 이어간다는 설레는 소식을 전합니다. 심화 과정에서 학생들은 스타트업의 '성장과 스케일업(Scale-up)' 단계를 더욱 깊이 있게 배우게 됩니다. 팀원 채용, 마케팅 및 영업 전략 수립, 지식재산권(IP)의 이해 등 한층 더 고도화된 과제에 도전할 예정입니다.
기초 과정 동안 보여준 학생들의 열정과 헌신이 매우 자랑스러우며, 앞으로 심화 과정과 그 너머에서 펼쳐질 성취가 벌써부터 기대됩니다.

Paju's Next Generation of Innovators Completes Mock Startup Basics Program
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the 'Paju Dream-Sharing School 2.0: Mock Startup Basics' program!
From April 5 to July 26, 2025, a talented group of middle and high school students from Paju gathered at the Paju City Library every Saturday to embark on an exciting entrepreneurial journey.
Organized by PEN Worldwide Korea Headquarters (KoreaPEN) in partnership with the Gyeonggi Paju Office of Education, PEN Worldwide, and JIK Investments LLC, and operated by PlanetEcho Co., Ltd., this program offered students hands-on experience with the entire startup process. Participants stepped into the roles of co-founders, experiencing everything from brainstorming initial ideas and building business models to preparing for a virtual investment pitch. Through this immersive experience, students discovered their unique strengths, explored potential career paths, and cultivated their aspirations as future innovators.
The learning and growth demonstrated by these students have been truly inspiring. Beyond developing practical business skills, they have learned how to collaborate effectively, think critically, and present their ideas with confidence.
The Journey Continues: Announcing the Mock Startup Advanced Program!
We are also incredibly excited to share that these budding entrepreneurs will continue their journey next semester in the Mock Startup Advanced Program. This advanced course will allow students to delve deeper into the growth and scaling phases of a startup. They will tackle new challenges, including recruiting team members, developing marketing and sales strategies, and understanding intellectual property rights.
We are immensely proud of all the students for their hard work and dedication throughout the Basics Program. We cannot wait to see what they will achieve in the Advanced Program and beyond!
