본 과정은 하이브리드 수업 방식으로 운영하였는데 2명의 인도네시아 교수가 한국에 와서 직접 참석하고 Zoom을 통해 인도네시아에서 원격으로 8명의 Politeknik STTT Bandung​ 교직원이 참여하였습니다. 인도네시아 교직원들이 과정 수료 후 곧바로 수업으로 구현할 수 있도록 기획 운영했으며, 코리아펜 및 국제본부인 펜월드와이드 전문가들이 직접 트레이닝을 진행했습니다.

본 프로그램은 NRC 경제·인문사회연구회 '한-인도네시아 산업혁신 연구협력사업 공동연구: 인도네시아 ICT활용 실천기업 도입 방안 연구' 과제 중 하나로 진행되었습니다.

올해는 2차년도 사업으로써,  

- '23년 7월: "인도네시아 ICT활용실천기업 소개를 위한 운영공무원 및 진행자 전문가과정"을 운영

- '23년 8월: 인도네시아 Politeknik STTT Bandung University 학생 20명을 대상으로 섬유 및 디자인 분야의 직무체험을 위한 Practice Enterprise 프로그램을 운영할 예정입니다.

KoreaPEN의 글로벌 퍼실리테이터 양성 과정에서 습득한 지식과 기술을 기반으로 앞으로의 협력을 통해 양 국가의 유관 기관들은 자기주도학습과 직업교육 발전에 기여하는 한편 양국의 학생들이 상호 연결된 글로벌 경제에서 번창할 수 있도록 힘을 실어줄 것이라고 믿습니다.

​본 연구과제 책임자는 한국직업능력연구원 전종호 박사이며, 2022년 연구보고서 개발에 이어 2차년도인 2023년은 시범사업 운영이 주요과제입니다. 전종호 박사는 2006년 직업능력연구원에서 최초로 발간된 실습기업(Practice Enterprise) 관련 연구논문인 "가상학습 모델로서 실습기업 (Practice Firm) 의 적용가능성 탐색"의 공동연구자라는 점에서 그 의미가 더욱 깊다고 할 수 있습니다. ​

The Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training and KoreaPEN conducted a training course on planning and operation of Practice Enterprise programs for professors from Politeknik STTT Bandung, Indonesia University, at the Education Room of the Yong In Media Center from July 3rd to 7th, 2023. 

This course was conducted using a hybrid class method, with two Indonesian professors attending in person in Korea, and eight faculty members from Politeknik STTT Bandung participating remotely via Zoom from Indonesia. The course was carefully planned and implemented to enable the Indonesian faculty members to immediately incorporate the learnings into their classes. Experts from Korea Pen and Pen Worldwide and Virtual Company Indonesia conducted the training program.

This program was conducted as part of the 'Research on how to introduce Indonesian ICT-using practice companies', which began in 2022 as a joint research project for the Korea-Indonesia Industrial Innovation Research Cooperation Project by the NRC Economics, Humanities, and Social Research Association.

As part of this second-year project:

- In July 2023, an "Operational public officials and facilitator expert course to introduce companies practicing ICT utilization in Indonesia" was conducted.

- In August 2023, a Practice Enterprise program for job experience in the field of textile and design is planned to be operated for 20 students from Politeknik STTT Bandung University in Indonesia.

Based on the knowledge and skills acquired during KoreaPEN's global facilitator training process, future cooperation between relevant institutions in both countries will contribute to the development of self-orineted learning and vocational education. This will empower students from both countries to thrive in an interconnected global economy.

The person in charge of this research project is Dr. Jeon Jong-ho from the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. It is noteworthy that Dr. Jeon Jong-ho is a co-researcher of the research paper titled "Exploring the Applicability of Practice Firm as a Virtual Learning Model," which was first published by the Institute for Vocational Competency in 2006.​
