이번 산업인력공단에서 주최하는 K-move 독일 강소기업 해외 인턴사업의 사전 교육 프로그램에 코리아펜은 유로펜 펜 인터내셔널, 실습기업 독일 본부와 협력하여 독일의 주요 강소기업과 함께 사전 교육 프로그램을 운영한다. 각종 자동차 내 전자 제어 장치를 비롯한 각종 차 내 네트워킹 및 소프트웨어를 개발하는 벡터(Vector), 자가 접착식 제품 시장을 선도하는 테사(Tesa) 가 이번 프로그램의 파트너 강소기업으로 참여하고 있으며 이외에도 각 산업 분야를 선도하는 하는 기업들이 참여한다.

일학습병행제도가 잘 되어있는 독일은 실습기업을 하나의 교육 모델로 오랫동안 활용하여 취업 시 직원들의 사내 적응력을 높이고 기업에서 필요로 하는 인재를 양성하고 있다. 대표적으로 세계적인 제약회사 바이엘(Bayer)은 오랫동안 실습기업을 운영해왔다. 화학산업분야를 선도하는 실습기업 미라쿠릭스 케미에(Miraculix Chemie AG)를 1971년에 설립하여 지금까지 운영하며 이곳에서 훈련을 마친 실습생들을 채용하고 있다. 이 뿐만 아니라 바이엘의 계열사인 큐렌타(Currenta)와 랑세스(Lanxess)는 신입사원을 교육하는 사내 직원 교육프로그램으로 실습기업을 활용하고 있다.  

KoreaPEN is operating an advanced education for overseas intern to Germany with German companies, cooperating with Europen-PEN International and German Practice Enterprise Network; the overseas intern program is hosted by Industrial Human Resources Cooperation. Tesa, a leader in self-adhesive products and Vector, which develops networking and software for various cars, including electronic control devices in various automobiles, is participating as partner enterprise of this program. Other than these enterprises, In addition, leading companies in each industry sector participate.

The trainees that finished this prep training will work as an intern for the partner companies and nurture competence as a global talent based on the practice content.
